EXPERIENCED SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST & CONTENT CREATOR

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to grow the online presence of He’s Cheating, a provocative relationship book series written from the perspective of a repentant former serial cheater.

The target audience is primarily women. The content explores cheating, relationship red flags, dating behavior, accountability, and the psychology behind infidelity.

This is not simply a posting or virtual assistant position. We need someone who understands strategy, storytelling, audience growth, short-form video, engagement, and conversion.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop a clear TikTok and Instagram growth strategy
- Turn material from the books into strong content ideas
- Create and edit engaging Reels and TikTok videos
- Design carousels, quote posts, and promotional graphics
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action
- Create and manage a consistent content calendar
- Identify relevant trends without weakening the brand
- Engage with followers and help build an active community
- Track performance and improve content using analytics
- Help convert attention into website traffic and book sales

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- At least three years of professional social media experience
- A portfolio showing content you personally created or managed
- Proven experience growing engagement, reach, followers, leads, or sales
- Strong TikTok and Instagram knowledge
- Excellent short-form video editing and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written English
- Comfortable working with provocative relationship topics
- Experience with books, personal brands, lifestyle brands, or female-focused audiences is preferred

EXPECTED WEEKLY OUTPUT

- Four short-form videos
- Two carousel, quote, or promotional posts
- Captions and calls to action for all content
- Community engagement and comment management
- Weekly performance summary
- Ongoing content ideas and recommendations
