JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor with strong, modern editing skills who knows how to make short-form content feel exciting, polished, and highly engaging. You should be great at editing to music, creating strong pacing, and producing videos that hold attention quickly.

This role is focused mostly on short clips for social media ads and content, so experience creating for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social is important.

We’re also looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to help create and enhance content. This could include AI-assisted video creation, visuals, captions, voiceovers, cleanup, ideation, or other creative tools that improve speed and quality.

What we’re looking for:

Strong video editing skills with a modern, attention-grabbing style
Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and syncing edits to music
Experience creating short-form social media ads and content
Ability to make videos feel engaging, current, and platform-native
Comfort using AI tools for content creation and editing workflows
Strong understanding of what performs well on social media
Ability to work remotely, communicate clearly, and deliver on time
Bonus if you can do motion graphics, text animation, sound design, or AI-assisted creative production

Responsibilities:

Edit short-form videos for social media ads and organic content
Create engaging, fast-paced edits optimized for attention and retention
Sync cuts, visuals, and pacing closely to music
Add captions, text, effects, transitions, and other creative elements
Use AI tools where helpful to speed up production and enhance creative output
Deliver polished videos in platform-ready formats
Bring creative ideas and stay on top of current content trends

Ideal candidate:
You have a cool, modern editing style, understand internet content, and know how to make videos that feel fresh and effective. You’re also open to using AI as part of your creative workflow to help develop, improve, or produce content more efficiently.
