JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established e-commerce brand looking for a talented, long-term Video Editor who specializes in short-form direct-response ad content (TikTok, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts). We produce high-performing UGC-style ads and need an editor who can blend traditional video editing with modern AI tools (AI avatars, AI image generation, lip-syncing, and seamless B-roll integration).

If you are fast, reliable, and capable of creating high-converting ads consistently, this is a long-term position with generous growth potential and performance bonuses.

WHAT WE OFFER
- $25 – $30 starting rate per completed video, with earning potential between $1,000–$1,500/month for consistent output.
- Bonuses for winning ads and high-performing campaign creatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Minimum of 5 videos per week (daily video capability is a major plus).
- Experience or strong familiarity creating/editing AI avatars (HeyGen or similar), generating images/assets (GPT Image, Midjourney, etc.), and lip-syncing audio accurately.
- Understanding how to format strong visual hooks, pacing, on-screen captioning, and sourcing relevant B-roll (TikTok / Meta Ad Library).
- Ensuring accurate product scaling, realistic visuals, and matching video style to voiceover audio.

HOW TO APPLY

2. Which AI generation or avatar tools do you currently use in your editing workflow? (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs, GPT Image, Midjourney, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
3. Are you available to deliver at least 5 completed videos per week consistently?
