We are looking for applicants who are ready to start immediately, can work weekends when needed, and are able to get straight to work helping us build and grow the store.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable tea ---------- mber to help build and grow a professional Shopify store selling digital products for tradesmen and DIY workers.
Our brand focuses on tools that help tradespeople save time, stay organised, and run their work more efficiently using digital resources such as templates, guides, planners, and business tools.
We currently have products listed on our **Etsy store called The Trade Guide Co., but we are now planning to transition to a Shopify store so we have more control over branding, design, and customer experience.
The Shopify store must be created to a very high standard. It needs to look clean, modern, professional, and built to convert visitors into buyers.
Applicants should check our Etsy store “The Trade Guide Co.” before applying to understand the type of digital products we currently sell and how the listings are structured.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating a professional Shopify store from start to finish
• Designing a clean and modern store layout
• Setting up digital product delivery systems
• Creating high-converting product pages
• Transferring and improving products from our Etsy store
• Creating new digital product listings regularly
• Designing digital products such as:
Invoice templates
Quote templates
Job sheets
Work planners
Client tracking sheets
Trade business tools
• Creating product visuals and mockups
• Writing clear and persuasive product descriptions
• Posting short-form content on:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
Pinterest
X (Twitter)
• Researching new digital product ideas
• Helping grow the store to 100+ digital products
Requirements
Applicants must have experience creating professional Shopify stores.
You should:
• Have proven experience building Shopify stores
• Be able to create clean, modern, high-converting store designs
• Understand Shopify product setup and digital product delivery
• Have experience creating digital products using Canva, Google Docs, or Excel
• Be organised and able to work independently
• Have good English communication skills
Bonus skills:
• Experience with Etsy digital product stores
• Short-form video editing
• SEO or product research
Payment
• Monthly salary: $650 USD
• Paid via Wise
• First month includes a 2-week probation period
Payment structure:
$325 paid after the first 2 weeks
Remaining $325 paid at the end of the month if performance and progress are good
This position can become long-term with higher pay as the store grows.
