******SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST******
Our brand is a male oriented product using Shopify. Looking for a dependable male to join our online retail team. The role starts at $2/hour for a 30–60 day trial period and will increase when we can give you more trust and a promotion.

Your application should be as follows:
1. Which Shopify brands have you done customer support for? Give me the store link, how long you were there, proof you worked for them and one thing that job taught you.
2. We run Re:amaze for help desk, ParcelPanel for tracking, Loop for subscriptions. Which of those (or their equivalents) have you actually used, and how deep did you go?
3. Do you have experience with managing orders within Shopify?
4. Rate your written English 1–10, and your spoken English 1–10. And why?
5. How many hours a week and which days can you commit to? Anything in your life that would make a fixed schedule difficult?
6. Are you working with any other brands right now? Which ones?
7. We use performance/time trackers so we can review your work and see how we can, together, find ways to be more effective. Are you comfortable with that?
8. Where do you want to be 12 months from now?
9. Send a screenshot from: speedtest.net
10. Record a 60-second voice note, unscripted. Tell me about one angry customer you dealt with and what you actually said to them. (You can upload it however you like, an option is something like a google drive file).
