JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a serious YouTube growth agency for authority creators, coaches, consultants, lawyers, finance experts, and other high-trust personal brands.

We are looking for a sales operator who understands how to:
- start real conversations
- qualify leads
- move people toward calls
- keep handoffs clean
- communicate like a professional

Our company helps expert-led brands grow through YouTube strategy, editing systems, thumbnails, SEO, workflow support, and backend growth infrastructure.

This role is for someone who can help turn:
- leads into conversations
- conversations into calls
- calls into paid audits and retained clients

### What You Will Do
- reach out to qualified leads with personalized messages
- follow up without sounding robotic or desperate
- qualify prospects based on fit, authority, and buyer intent
- help move leads toward booked calls
- keep sales updates organized in Slack or our tracking system
- hand off conversations clearly to the next owner
- protect the quality of the pipeline instead of chasing low-quality volume

### What We Want
- strong written English
- real experience in sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, or high-ticket outreach
- ability to write personalized messages instead of copy-paste spam
- confidence speaking with business owners, creators, consultants, and authority figures
- good judgment
- fast follow-through
- high accountability
- comfort working inside a system with clear handoff rules

### Strong Bonus If You Have
- experience with agencies
- experience booking calls for high-ticket services
- experience selling to creators, coaches, consultants, lawyers, or business owners
- experience with Slack, CRMs, or structured pipeline tracking
