JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day, Monday–Friday) Salary: 70,000PHP/month

About the Role
We are a growing e-commerce company running direct-response funnels across multiple European markets. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term and take ownership of building and localizing our sales funnels.
If you are a fast, detail-oriented funnel builder who loves good copy, clean design, and getting things done without being micromanaged — please keep reading.

What You Will Be Doing
Building complete sales funnels in Funnelish, including advertorials, sales pages, checkout pages, and upsells — based on existing funnels we provide as templates.
Translating and adapting our funnels into new markets using DeepL and Claude (we will teach you our process).
Adapting competitor funnel images and creating new product visuals using ChatGPT image generation and Artlist (Nano Banana Pro) so they match our product and branding.
Communicating daily in English with your manager — we work closely together, so responsiveness and a proactive attitude are essential. When changes are needed, we expect them to be made quickly and correctly.

Minimum Requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet these)
Perfect English, both written and spoken. Our entire workflow and copywriting depends on strong English skills.
Proven experience with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — you use them daily and know how to prompt well.
You have personally built at least 10 full sales funnels in the past (not just edited pages — complete funnels from advertorial to upsell).
Strong eye for design and copy details. You notice when something is off.
Reliable internet connection and the ability to work full-time (8 hrs/day, 5 days/week). If you are someone who does not show up during working hours, this is not the right job for you.
