JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire permanent full-time Inside Sales Reps to work with our team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will convert qualified opportunities into new B2B customers and grow existing accounts. This role is for confident sales professionals who can run a structured sales process, handle objections, and consistently close deals. The company sells well-known branded products and not services.

This is a B2B role serving a US customer base, so you will be working North American business hours. This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a quiet workspace, personal computer, stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload), and a noise-cancelling headset.

Key Responsibilities
• Close inbound and SDR-qualified opportunities via phone, email, fax
• Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, proposals, and close
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records in CRM (notes, call logs, deal stages, next steps)
• Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends to improve strategy
• Perform other tasks as required by management

Qualifications
• University/college degree is required
• 1+ years experience in inside sales / closing, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, comprehension)
• Professional, organized, and confident on the phone
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable using computers daily

Compensation
Base salary range is between 25,000 to 30,000 PHP per month (dependent on experience) + generous incentive program. Incentives are targeted at 40,000 PHP extra per month when agents hit minimum criteria, plus additional bonus for order size. Base pay is paid out bi-weekly, whereas bonuses are paid out monthly.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
