JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Leisure Air Travel Specialist

Job Location: Manilla Metro Area. Must be able to work 9-6 PM PST time zone.

Company Description

Global First Travel is a luxury air desk that specializes in complex international air itineraries, booked in the Sabre GDS.
We are seeking a full time experienced agent. Individuals must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
Must be proficient in the Sabre GDS for pricing, booking, ticketing, and exchanging. Great customer service skills, patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to please is required.

Responsibilities

Respond to all inquiries from clients and supervisors with a sense of urgency.
Quality control of work, reviewing client reservations for accuracy.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as function independently
Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is required.

Skills required

At least 2 years of experience in travel, handling domestic and international travel.
At least 2 years of experience in ''Sabre'' Global Distribution System (GDS) skills is a must.
Experience and patience with handling high-end, discerning, and demanding clients while maintaining composure.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to think outside the box are a must.
Ability to function in a very fast-paced, demanding environment and maintain a good attitude and a high quality of work.
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for individuals who can dedicate 40 or more hours a week. Typical hours are Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm PST, with 45 minutes break.
