1. Google Search Console screenshots for the websites you personally optimized, showing the organic clicks and impressions graph and the date range so we can assess your results.

2. For EACH website you submit, a list of at least 15–20 keywords you personally helped rank within the top 3 organic positions on Google. Identify the website and the approximate ranking period for each list.

We are a private equity-backed organization managing 30+ businesses across healthcare, construction, real estate, consulting, and other industries. Our Philippine-based team includes more than 25 skilled professionals across SEO, content, web development, and digital marketing. We are now looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of a portfolio of websites and drive measurable growth in organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions. Your primary objective will be to help established and newly launched websites rank within the top 3 positions in Google.
This is not a basic SEO role. We need someone who can develop the strategy, determine what needs to be done, execute at a high level, and take responsibility for the results.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong Content Marketing Skills

We believe that high-quality content accounts for a significant portion of SEO success. The right candidate must understand how to plan and create content that satisfies search intent, demonstrates genuine expertise, and performs well in both Google Search and AI-powered search engines. You do not need to be a full-time writer, and you will have access to our in-house content team.

We are not looking for someone who simply assigns keywords to writers. You must be capable of directing the complete content strategy and ensuring that every page has a clear purpose and a realistic opportunity to rank.

2. Proven Top 3 Position in Google

You must provide verifiable evidence that you have personally helped websites rank within the top 3 organic Google positions for at least 15–20 meaningful and competitive keywords. We regularly receive applications from candidates who can discuss SEO concepts but cannot demonstrate significant ranking results. For this role, actual results are essential.

Your evidence should include:
• Google Search Console screenshots showing improvements in clicks and impressions
• A list of websites you directly optimized
• At least 15–20 keywords that reached Google’s top three organic positions
• The approximate ranking period or timeline
• Your specific responsibilities and the actions you personally implemented
• Supporting screenshots or third-party ranking reports, when available

Important Disclaimer Regarding Results:

The results you submit must be primarily attributable to your own strategy and execution. Please do not present the overall success of a large SEO team if you were only a minor contributor or handled a limited portion of the work.

3. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability

SEO presents different challenges, and the same strategy will not work in every situation. We need someone who can diagnose problems, identify likely causes, prioritize the right actions, and adjust the strategy based on evidence.
We are not looking for someone who relies on generic SEO checklists. You must be able to investigate each situation using data, form a clear diagnosis, recommend a practical solution, and measure whether your strategy is working.

4. Ownership and Ability to Work Independently

We do not want to micromanage the person in this role. You will be given clear business objectives, target websites, and performance expectations. We are looking for a mature, proactive professional who can work with minimal supervision, take responsibility for decisions, communicate problems early, and remain accountable for results.
If progress slows down, you should investigate why and recommend the next course of action - not wait for someone to tell you what to do.
