REMOTE MEDICAL SCRIBE (PAIN MANAGEMENT) - EXPERIENCED
Full-time | US Central Hours | eClinicalWorks (eCW)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a US-based pain management clinic looking for an experienced remote Medical Scribe who can chart in real time and produce clear, medically accurate notes with excellent English.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (SCRIBE WORK)
- Real-time charting for provider visits: HPI, ROS, Physical Exam, Assessment & Plan
- Keep documentation clear, concise, medically accurate, and grammatically clean
- Use templates/macros appropriately (speed + consistency, not copy/paste errors)
- Pre-chart when needed: pull prior notes, organize key clinical history, reconcile key details
- Support documentation for pain management / PM&R / ortho-spine style visits
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Please DO NOT apply unless you meet ALL requirements below:
- 1+ year Medical Scribing experience (remote or onsite)
- Must include actual provider documentation (HPI/PE/A&P), not only scheduling/PA/referrals
- 1+ year Healthcare BPO experience (US-facing accounts strongly preferred)
- Strong spoken and written English (must understand fast patient/provider conversations)
- Typing speed: 50+ WPM with high accuracy (include your WPM in your message)
- Comfortable learning and following provider-specific documentation style
- Reliable workstation + stable internet + backup power source
PREFERRED (STRONG PLUS)
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience
- Experience scribing in Pain Management / Ortho-Spine / PM&R
- Healthcare background/education preferred: RN, PT, Pharmacist, Medical Technologist, etc.
