JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Experienced Remote Call Center Operations Manager

Capital Access Solutions Hub (CASH) is hiring a manager to lead our remote sales and client intake team. We are seeking an established call center leader who can take responsibility for daily operations, team training, and performance from the start.

Experience required

At least 3 years directly managing a call center team
At least 5 years of total call center experience
Hands-on experience in both credit services and business funding
Experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating sales representatives
Experience using GoHighLevel to manage leads, follow-ups, and team performance

You will oversee schedules and lead assignments, review calls, coach representatives, maintain accurate CRM records, and report weekly on qualified leads, appointments, applications, and sales. You should be comfortable identifying performance problems and taking action without waiting for daily direction.

This position offers opportunity for growth and performance-based bonuses.

This is an experienced management position. We are not seeking applicants who would need to learn call center management, credit services, or business funding on the job. Excellent English communication is required. Your working hours must overlap with our Florida business hours.
