JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with existing hands-on experience managing multiple Reddit accounts at scale.

This is NOT an entry-level VA position and we are NOT looking for someone who has simply used Reddit personally.

You should already have experience with:

* Creating and managing multiple Reddit accounts
* Building/warming accounts over time through normal Reddit activity
* Growing account history and karma
* Posting and commenting across different subreddits
* Understanding subreddit-specific posting requirements
* Keeping multiple accounts organized
* Managing different account personas/interests
* Finding relevant threads to participate in
* Creating posts that fit naturally into individual subreddit communities
* Tracking account age, karma, activity, subreddit participation and status
* Knowing what types of activity commonly lead to posts being removed or accounts being restricted
* Managing a larger pool of Reddit accounts consistently

What you'll be doing

Your main responsibility will be taking care of our Reddit account operation.

This includes:

* Creating new accounts when needed
* Building account history before accounts are used in more important subreddits
* Maintaining existing accounts
* Posting and commenting regularly
* Researching relevant subreddits
* Finding good threads for participation
* Keeping accounts active and natural
* Tracking every account in our internal system
* Keeping notes on karma, age, activity, subreddit history and account status
* Following posting schedules and instructions from our team
* Reporting any account or posting issues
