JOB OVERVIEW

You must send links to real estate websites you have built and a voice memo with your application. If you do not provide working examples of your real estate website projects, your application will be declined.

I’m looking for someone with proven real estate website experience to lead the build of a platform for my team in Mississippi and Tennessee. I need someone who can stay hands-on through planning, development, testing, and launch.

The website needs IDX home search, property pages, showing requests, buyer and seller forms, a “Talk to a REALTOR® Now” option, and an Apply Now button connected to my loan officer’s approved mortgage application.

GoHighLevel will be our lead management system. I need lead scoring, hot lead alerts, agent notifications, round robin assignment, follow-up workflows, and reporting that shows where leads came from and what happened next. The system should be built so we can add more agents and teams later, with the potential to distribute or sell overflow leads in the future.
