JOB OVERVIEW

U.S.-based real estate operation seeking a senior-level, results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can execute independently, maintain a clean CRM, and manage consistent follow-up and content posting without hand-holding.
This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for someone who already understands real estate workflows and can plug in immediately.

Core Responsibilities
CRM & Follow-Up Execution (BoldTrail / kvCORE / GoHighLevel)
• Daily client follow-up (buyers, sellers, nurtures)
• Agent recruiting follow-up
• Attorney and transaction-related follow-up
• Expired listings follow-up
• FSBO follow-up
• CRM hygiene: tagging, notes, task creation, pipeline updates
• Ensure no lead, agent, or contact falls through the cracks

Marketing, Content & Distribution
• Design branded real estate content using Canva
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts
• Post and manage:
o Facebook Stories & Reels
o Instagram Stories
o TikTok (posting + optimization)
o YouTube (posting + optimization: titles, descriptions, tags)
• Follow posting schedules and maintain consistency

Ideal Candidate (Required)
• 2+ years as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
• Direct experience supporting U.S.-based Realtors or Teams
• Strong experience with BoldTrail / kvCORE
• Excellent written English with professional tone
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to follow up confidently and consistently without reminders
• Comfortable handling multiple workflows at once
• Understands real estate urgency and response times

Compensation & Growth
• $7/hour
• 20 Hours Part-time to start with room to go 40 Hours Full-Time
• Long-term role with increased responsibility for top performers
