Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transaction Coordinator with a strong background in handling Florida real estate transactions from contract to closing. This is not a training role—we need someone who can step in confidently, manage multiple files, and ensure smooth, compliant transactions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage real estate transactions from open to close with accuracy and efficiency
-Handle 15+ active transactions simultaneously
-Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
-Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted on time
-Track deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates
-Provide consistent updates to all stakeholders
-Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (Florida market preferred)
-Proven ability to independently manage transactions from start to finish
-Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Sisu and Follow Up Boss (FUB)
-Strong understanding of Florida real estate contracts and processes
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
-High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
