JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Real Estate Lead Manager (Full-Time, Long-Term Position)

We are a growing Cincinnati, OH-based real estate investment company seeking an experienced Lead Manager to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who understands seller motivation, can build rapport quickly, and is skilled at identifying qualified real estate opportunities.

As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with homeowners who have responded to our marketing campaigns, qualifying seller leads, and moving motivated prospects through our sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking and maintaining clear notes relating to each lead that you connect with relating to the core motivational pillars we teach you on.

Responsibilities:

-Review and prioritize inbound and outbound lead opportunities
-Contact homeowners through phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication
-Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
-Gather and document key information, including:

* Property Condition
* Seller Motivation
* Asking Price
* Selling Timeframe

-Qualify leads and determine whether they meet company buying criteria
-Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective sellers
-Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
-Coordinate appointments and hand off qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team
-Track and submit daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs)

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Manager, Acquisition Manager, or similar real estate sales role
-Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
-Ability to handle objections and ask probing questions
-Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
-Results-driven, self-motivated, and accountable
-Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
-Fluent English with clear verbal communication

Preferred Experience:

-Real estate wholesaling
-Off-market seller lead generation
-CRM systems such as REsimpli, Goliath, or similar platforms
