Real Estate Assistant - Bookkeeper
Seeking a Part-Time highly organized Bookkeeper. You will work closely with the director of operation keep accounting in order. A qualified applicant must have at least 1 year full time accounting experience as well as some billing and invoicing experiences. The candidate we are looking for is someone who is ambitious and willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get things done.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping track of Tenant rent ledgers
Keeping track of tenant's utility ledgers
Enter usage data from Utilities Statements into spreadsheet
Processing, splitting, and prorating tenant Invoices
Keeping track of all AR category ledgers
Keeping track of all AR category ledgers

Data Entry
Maintain an up-to-date filing system (electronic and paper)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
At least 1-years of accounting experience (or comparable experience)
Strong experience with the google suites: Google spreadsheet, and google doc

Salary: $2.00 to $6.00 /hour
