JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established real estate investment company looking for a motivated, high-energy Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling to property owners, qualifying leads, and identifying motivated sellers who want to sell their properties off-market.
You will be working with a fast-paced multi-line power dialer system, so you must be comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and updating information in our CRM in real-time.
Core Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate lead lists using our multi-line dialer system.
• Prequalify property owners based on their motivation, property condition, timeline, and asking price.
• Accurately log all notes, call dispositions, and seller details into our CRM platform immediately during/after calls.
• Follow up with leads who requested a callback or showed initial interest.
• Meet daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for talk time and qualified leads generated.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience cold calling in the U.S. Real Estate Wholesaling industry.
• Communication: Exceptional English speaking and listening skills with a neutral or near-native accent. Ability to handle objections smoothly and build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Technical Setup:
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload, preferably with a backup power/internet solution).
• A quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.
• A high-quality USB headset with noise-canceling capabilities.
• A dependable computer/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with multi-line power dialers (e.g., Mojo, BatchDialer, ReadyMode) and real estate CRMs (e.g., Podio, REsimpli).
• Characteristics: High level of discipline, self-motivated, resilient against rejection, and a strong work ethic.
