JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Part-Time (4–5 Hours Per Day)
Location: Remote
Pay: Hourly + Bonus Per Qualified Appointment
Timezone: U.S. Time (Must be available during calling hours)

IMPORTANT:
Do not apply if you do not have REAL ESTATE cold calling experience.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and confident Real Estate Cold Caller / ISA who knows how to speak with homeowners, overcome objections, and set quality appointments.
This is for someone who is hungry, ambitious, and wants long-term growth, not just another VA job.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners

- Use scripts naturally (not robotic)

- Build rapport and handle objections confidently

- Qualify motivated sellers

- Set solid, confirmed appointments

- Update CRM properly with accurate notes

- Follow up when needed

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years REAL ESTATE cold calling experience (required)

Experience with dialers such as:

ReadyMode

Mojo Dialer

Or similar multi-line dialers

Experience using CRMs and managing pipelines

Clear and neutral English accent

Strong confidence speaking with American homeowners

Reliable internet (backup preferred)

Noise-cancelling headset

Quiet working environment

Comfortable making 200–400+ calls per day

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

$50 Bonus per qualified appointment set + met

Performance-based increases
