JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate company looking for an experienced appointment setter to help us connect with real estate professionals and book appointments for our team.

This is a recruiter-style outbound calling role. You will contact real estate agents and real estate professionals, start conversations, follow up, and schedule appointments.

This is not a general VA role. We need someone who has real experience with outbound calls, cold outreach, recruiting, sales, follow-up, or appointment setting.

Your main job is simple:

Start conversations and book appointments.

Responsibilities

* Call real estate professionals
* Send follow-up messages by SMS, email, or social media
* Book appointments for our team
* Update notes and follow-ups in our CRM
* Send daily activity updates
* Follow the outreach process consistently

Requirements

* Previous appointment-setting, recruiting, sales, or cold-calling experience
* Experience calling real estate agents, business owners, professionals, or job candidates is preferred
* Strong spoken English
* Confident on the phone
* Organized and consistent
* Able to handle rejection professionally
* Able to work during U.S. Central Time hours or partial U.S. hours

Compensation

Pay: $5 to $8 per hour, depending on experience

Bonus: $10 to $25 per attended qualified appointment

There is room to grow for someone who performs well, communicates clearly, and consistently books quality appointments.
