About the Role
-We are a US-based land investment company looking for an experienced acquisitions manager who has already spoken with US property owners, made offers, and moved deals toward contract.
-This is not a junior VA role.
-This is a sales role with pressure, accountability, and ownership.
-If you have only done admin work or data entry, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Calling and following up with US landowners
-Qualifying seller motivation and price expectations
-Analyzing land deals and comps
-Making verbal offers to sellers
-Sending contracts after verbal agreement
-Following up consistently to move deals forward
-Updating CRM accurately and daily
REQUIRED Experience (Non-Negotiable)
-Please apply only if you have:
-Prior experience as a real estate acquisitions manager OR cold caller who made offers
-Experience speaking directly with US sellers
-Comfort handling objections and price pushback
-Experience working inside a CRM
-Ability to work independently without daily reminders

-You need constant supervision to complete tasks
-You are looking for “easy VA work”
-You avoid making offers or having tough conversations

-Leads are contacted quickly
-Offers are made consistently
-Deals move forward every week
-Follow-ups are done without being asked
