JOB OVERVIEW

Join a Fast-Growing E-Commerce Brand Based in Singapore

We’re a fast-growing Singapore-based Amazon FBA brand, and we’re looking for a strong Amazon Project Manager to help us scale.

This is not a coordinator role.
You’ll be managing people, systems, and execution across our Amazon operations.

We’re looking for someone who already knows the Amazon backend and can operate independently without being hand-held.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage a team of around 6 people across listings, design, and operations.

You’ll coordinate shipping plans with suppliers, freight forwarders, and inspection agents.
You’ll review and improve product listings, making sure keywords, images, and backend data are correct.
You’ll track inventory, sales, and campaigns, and keep our spreadsheets and dashboards accurate.
You’ll work closely with our design, listing, and ops teams to keep launches and updates on track.

You’ll take part in internal training, including AI-powered workflows.
AI is a tool, not a crutch. We expect you to use it to think better, work faster, and improve outcomes, not to blindly paste output.

You’ll help plan projects, improve processes, and make sure details like product size tiers and listing data are correct before they cost us money.

What we’re looking for

At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations.
Real experience with Amazon listings, inventory tracking, and backend workflows.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with different teams.
Able to work independently, prioritise well, and adapt when things change.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and analytical skills.
Proactive, open-minded, and able to work well in a fast-moving team.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 10 PM Singapore time
1 hour break
Remote, 44 hours per week
