Totally Pressed is a growing custom apparel and print company specializing in premium DTF printing, streetwear, business branding, and custo ---------- rchandise. We produce a high volume of custom designs and are looking for a reliable Photoshop designer to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team.

If you are talented, fast, and can follow directions, there is plenty of consistent work available.

Job Responsibilities

* Recreate AI-generated concepts into professional Photoshop artwork
* Convert flat images into fully layered PSD files
* Create original t-shirt and apparel graphics
* Prepare print-ready artwork for DTF production
* Complete requested revisions and edits
* Organize files with properly named and editable layers

Performance Expectations

? First draft must be submitted within **3 hours** of receiving an assignment.
? Must communicate quickly and provide project updates when requested.
? Must be comfortable working on multiple projects throughout the week.
? Must deliver production-ready quality with attention to detail.

We move fast, and we expect our designers to do the same.

Compensation

$5 USD per completed design
Unlimited revisions and edits included
No additional charges for modifications
Payments are issued every two weeks

Requirements

* Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
* Experience creating custom apparel and t-shirt graphics
* Ability to accurately recreate AI concepts and reference images
* Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
* Ability to deliver organized, fully layered PSD files
* Strong English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection

* You only use Canva or AI generators
* You cannot provide layered Photoshop files
* You charge extra for revisions
* You cannot meet a 3-hour first draft deadline
* You are unavailable to start immediately
* You have never worked on real client projects
