About the role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Media Buyer to help manage and improve Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for our clients.

You will work inside our systems and processes to help set up campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously improve results.

What you will do

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Configure tracking, pixels, conversion events, and attribution
• Build audiences, ad groups, and campaign structures
• Monitor daily spend and performance
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Support creative testing and ad optimization
• Review landing pages and suggest simple CRO improvements
• Prepare reports and help keep clients updated
• Work closely with our team on campaign strategy and next steps

What we are looking for

• Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audiences
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance optimization
• Highly organized and able to follow clear systems and processes
• Clear communication and reliability
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working in a small, fast moving team

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4 or Google Tag Manager
• Shopify or ecommerce advertising experience
• Experience running creative testing
• Basic video or image editing skills
