JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Operations & Content VA

I’m a social media content creator seeking a reliable, organized VA for approximately 15-20 flexible hours per week. Possibly more in the future.

Responsibilities

- Manage tasks and deadlines in Project Management Software
- Follow SOPs and Loom instructions
- Organize files and content assets
- Update spreadsheets and perform research
- Schedule approved social media content
- Create basic short-form video edits
- Handle routine community questions and moderation
- Send a brief weekly progress update

You Are

- Organized, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Reliable with deadlines
- Proactive when problems arise
- Comfortable working independently
- Experienced with Google Workspace

Note: Not required, but it's a bonus if you have experience with short form video editing, blog writing, or digital product creation. Please send me a link to any examples you have.

This is a long-term contractor opportunity. Compensation is through EasyPay. Finalists will receive a small paid trial assignment.
