JOB OVERVIEW

Full Time | Remote | UK Business Hours

GROM Digital is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to convert warm inbound leads into booked appointments for our UK aesthetic and wellness clinic clients.

This role is specifically for someone who already has appointment setting experience with med spas, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic clinics, beauty clinics, wellness clinics or a closely related industry.

If you do not have relevant industry experience, please do not apply.

The Role

• Call and follow up with warm inbound leads through GoHighLevel
• Convert enquiries into booked consultations and treatments
• Handle common objections around price, timing, suitability and treatment concerns
• Work across multiple clinic sub accounts
• Keep pipelines, notes, tasks and follow ups organised
• Learn each clinic’s treatments, offers, pricing and booking process
• Communicate professionally with leads by phone and SMS
• Consistently follow up with leads who do not book on the first call

There is no cold calling. All leads have already enquired about a treatment or offer.

What We Need

• Previous appointment setting experience with med spas, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic clinics, beauty clinics, wellness clinics or a closely related business
• Strong hands on GoHighLevel experience across multiple client accounts
• Experience converting warm inbound leads
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A confident, natural and professional phone manner
• Strong objection handling skills
• Strong follow up skills
• Good organisation and CRM management
• Reliable availability during UK business hours

You should be comfortable using GoHighLevel for:

• Conversations
• Contacts
• Opportunities and pipelines
• Calendars
• Notes
• Tasks
• Calling
• SMS follow ups

Pay

$700 USD per month base salary

Plus $3 USD for every qualified appointment that attends.

Commission is uncapped and based on the number of qualified appointments that attend.
