JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced call center or intake team that specializes in Motor Vehicle A ---------- (MVA) / Personal Injury legal intake and signing retainers.

IMPORTANT: If you have not previously done this exact type of work, please do not apply.

We are not looking for:

General customer service representatives
Appointment setters
Cold callers
Sales reps without legal intake experience
Call centers looking to “learn” the MVA space

We need people who have already worked extensively with MVA / Personal Injury leads, spoken directly with a ---------- victims, qualified potential cases, handled objections, followed up aggressively, and successfully converted qualified leads into signed attorney retainers.

Your team should have direct experience with:

Calling fresh MVA leads immediately
Speaking with a ---------- victims
Conducting Personal Injury / MVA intake
Asking case qualification questions
Determining a ---------- and injury details
Confirming treatment status
Handling objections and hesitation
SMS, phone, and follow-up sequences
Sending retainer agreements electronically
Walking clients through the agreement
Getting retainers signed
Following up with leads until signed or disqualified
Working toward signed-retainer conversion rates, not simply contact rates

You or your team have specifically and repeatedly signed MVA / Personal Injury retainers for law firms or legal lead-generation companies before.

Having general call center, insurance, medical, sales, appointment-setting, or customer-service experience does not qualify.
