+1 (365) ---------- We are hiring an experienced Locksmith Dispatcher / Secretary to join a growing U.S.-based locksmith company.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous Locksmith dispatching experience is REQUIRED
* Previous experience using Workiz CRM is REQUIRED
* Experience working with U.S. customers and locksmith technicians
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Confident and professional on the phone
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple technicians and jobs at the same time
* Must be organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable computer and stable internet connection
* Full-time availability

Your main responsibilities will include answering customer calls, scheduling locksmith jobs, dispatching technicians, updating jobs in Workiz, following up with customers and technicians, confirming appointments, and making sure every job is properly handled from start to finish.

Locksmith experience and Workiz CRM experience are a MUST.

Long-term position with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
