Florida Civil Case Support — Remote Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide strategic litigation support for an active civil case in Broward County, Florida.
The matter involves landlord and premises liability, unsafe rental-property conditions, personal injuries, medical damages, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
This is a meaningful opportunity for an attorney who enjoys analyzing complex facts, developing litigation strategy, and helping prepare a serious case for resolution or trial. It is not a virtual-assistant or basic document-formatting position.
What You Will Help With
• Review pleadings, court orders, discovery, medical records, photographs, communications, and other evidence
• Identify the strongest claims, weaknesses, missing evidence, and procedural risks
• Research Florida civil procedure, landlord liability, premises liability, causation, and damages
• Prepare case chronologies, damages summaries, legal memoranda, motions, hearing outlines, witness questions, exhibit lists, and trial materials
• Assist with discovery disputes, mediation strategy, expert issues, pretrial deadlines, and trial preparation
• Verify every case, statute, rule, and citation before it is used
Who We Are Looking For
Applicants must be qualified attorneys with meaningful litigation experience.
Experience with U.S. or Florida litigation is strongly preferred, particularly in:
• Landlord or premises-liability cases
• Personal injury and damages
• Medical-record review
• Discovery and motion practice
• Mediation and settlement preparation
• Trial preparation
• Legal research and drafting for U.S. matters
We need someone who can think strategically, challenge weak arguments, organize a complicated file, and produce accurate, persuasive legal work.
Compensation
We are open to reviewing your proposed hourly rate, fixed-fee arrangement, or project-based fee.
Please tell us what you believe is fair based on your experience and the scope of the work.
In addition to agreed compensation, we are prepared to offer a performance bonus if the case reaches a successful resolution. Any bonus arrangement will be documented separately and structured appropriately.
The engagement will begin with a paid case-review assignment. Strong performance may lead to continuing work through mediation, pretrial preparation, and trial.
