JOB OVERVIEW

Luxury Spa is in need of coachable telephone Sales Specialists with integrity.
Minimum of 12-24 months of virtual sales experience is required.

Live Call Interviewing & Testing required

Employee character & integrity:
Must be WILLING to do the job as described in it's entirety

Must be willing to follow the Black Bella System in terms of scripts and processes

Must study, understand and accept responsibility for job duties and what's written in this guide

Must be willing to report a co-worker that is not adhering to this guide

Must be willing to adhere themselves to the updates as they are made

Must be willing to adhere to the job duties as they are listed.
Minimum of 12-24 months of virtual sales experience is required.

You expected to do the following:
Take the calls, & make sales, log appointments. Call back missed calls.

Solve client problems

Any administrative tasks assigned to you

Post our content in Facebook groups and our fake user account

Answer questions that are DM's from FB and IG

Sell the most. Upsell the most. Make sure that clients are offered all reasonable opportunity to buy more

Answer "I can help you with that" to all customer inquiries

Study the systems, scripts, website and this page

You will be expected to show up for work ALMOST all of your scheduled time
