JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support Australian clinics. If you have hands-on experience with tools like Splose, Best Practice Premier, or Halaxy, this role is for you. You’ll be working directly with me to support day-to-day clinic operations, admin tasks, and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointments, patient records, and scheduling
Handle admin tasks and clinic coordination
Update and maintain records in Splose, Best Practice, Halaxy, or similar systems
Assist with patient communication and follow-ups
Ensure accurate and organized documentation

Candidate Requirements:
At least 6 months experience working with Australian healthcare clients
Hands-on experience with Splose, Best Practice Premier, Halaxy, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
