We are looking for an **experienced HR professional** to join our fast-growing **e-commerce business** and help us build, support, and strengthen our team.
Our company operates at a **nine-figure annual revenue level**, and we need someone who can take ownership of the **people side of the business** at a high level. This is not just a recruiting role — we are looking for someone who can help shape **company culture, team development, retention, performance, and overall HR operations**.
### About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing the core HR functions of the business, helping us attract great talent, build strong systems, and create a positive, high-performance work environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, people-focused, and experienced in supporting a fast-moving remote business.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring
* Create and improve hiring systems, onboarding processes, and employee documentation
* Help build and maintain a strong **company culture**
* Support employee engagement, morale, and retention initiatives
* Develop HR policies, SOPs, and internal people processes
* Assist with performance management and accountability systems
* Handle team relations, conflict resolution, and employee support professionally
* Partner with leadership on organizational development and team planning
* Identify people-related issues before they become problems
* Ensure the company is hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
### Requirements
* **At least 3 years of experience** in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related leadership role
* Strong understanding of what a **high-level HR person** does in a growing business
* Experience supporting teams in an **e-commerce business**
* Experience working with or supporting an **e-commerce operator/business doing nine figures annually** is strongly preferred
* Proven ability to help improve **company culture**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information professionally
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Experience in remote team management is a plus
### Compensation
* **Starting salary: $1,000/month**
* Compensation will **scale based on experience, performance, and value brought to the company**
