JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Google Ads VA to manage Search and Performance Max campaigns for a contractor with 2 locations in different states..

We need someone who understands local service lead generation, not just basic campaign setup.

Requirements:

Proven Google Ads experience
Strong understanding of Search and Performance Max
Experience with conversion tracking and GTM
Ability to structure campaigns by service and location
Keyword research, negative keywords, ad copy, and optimization
Clear reporting and realistic time estimates

You must be able to:

review existing accounts and spot real problems
improve campaign structure and lead quality
manage budgets carefully
optimize based on actual data
work independently and communicate clearly
