JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for your next opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact paid advertising work? We're a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency managing paid advertising across Google and Meta for a diverse roster of clients - e-commerce brands, local service businesses, law firms, real estate, nonprofits, and more. We need a skilled ads manager who can jump in and start managing client ad accounts.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be managing multiple client ad accounts across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Day-to-day work includes campaign builds, optimization, budget management, audience targeting, ad copy/creative collaboration, and performance reporting. The focus is always on driving real business results - leads, sales, ROAS - not vanity metrics.
You'll get to work across a range of industries, so the work stays fresh and your experience keeps growing.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who already knows the platforms well and is excited to put their skills to work. You should be comfortable independently managing campaigns, spotting opportunities, diagnosing issues, and making smart optimization decisions. Specifically, we'd love to see hands-on experience with campaign setup and structure across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and/or Meta (Advantage+, retargeting, full-funnel setups). A solid understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI) is important, along with a results-first mindset (you optimize toward cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROAS), not just impressions and clicks. Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency or freelance setting and strong communication skills round things out.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping feeds, CallRail or call tracking platforms, landing page feedback/CRO thinking, or Klaviyo/email platform familiarity.

Why Join Us:

Your work will directly impact the success of the businesses we serve, and that's something we take a lot of pride in. We believe in clear communication, mutual respect, and giving our team the autonomy to do their best work. We value people who take ownership, and we reward that with trust and room to grow.
As we continue to expand, there's real opportunity here to take on larger accounts, develop your skills across new verticals, and step into a senior or leadership role within the team.

To Apply:

I'd love to hear from you. Please tell me about your experience managing Google and/or Meta ad accounts. Include specific examples of results you've driven (leads generated, ROAS achieved, cost per acquisition improvements, etc.). If you have any case studies or screenshots, even better.
Thank you!
