I am looking to hire a highly organized, systems-driven Virtual Assistant who already has experience working inside GoHighLevel and preferably REI Reply as well.
This is not a basic VA role. I am looking for someone who truly understands backend systems, automations, workflows, pipelines, integrations, admin setup, and troubleshooting inside GoHighLevel.
I personally love systems, automation, and everything GoHighLevel can do, but I do not have the time to manage and build everything myself. I want someone who enjoys this type of work, thinks systematically, solves problems, and can eventually become the go-to person for helping me organize, build, improve, and manage the backend of my business.
I need someone who can help take ideas like:
“Set up this automation”
“Build this workflow”
“Figure out how to make the AI do this”
“Set up and manage the social media planner”
“Organize this part of the CRM”
“Troubleshoot why this isn’t working”
“Create a system for this process”
…and actually bring them to life inside GoHighLevel or REI Reply.
What I’m looking for
I am looking for someone who is:
already experienced in GoHighLevel
very comfortable with automations, workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, forms, websites, funnels, and CRM organization
highly organized and systematic in the way they think
a problem solver who can figure things out
detail-oriented and reliable
able to communicate clearly and professionally
proactive, not someone who needs to be micromanaged
comfortable helping with both setup and ongoing backend support
Main responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
Building and updating GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Setting up and managing pipelines, opportunities, tags, custom fields, calendars, forms, and funnels
Troubleshooting automation issues and system errors
Helping organize backend processes so the business runs more efficiently
Assisting with AI setup and automation-related tasks inside the platform
Managing or helping configure social media planner tools inside REI Reply / GoHighLevel
Connecting and testing integrations
Improving existing systems and suggesting better ways to do things
Documenting processes and helping create more structure over time
Preferred experience
Bonus points if you have experience with:
REI Reply
real estate or wholesaling-related CRM systems
GoHighLevel AI tools
social media planner setup inside GHL
Zapier or other integrations
SOP creation and documentation
backend admin support for online businesses
Who this role is for
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys backend systems and automation work.
If you love cleaning up messy systems, building workflows, organizing CRM structure, solving backend problems, and making businesses run smoother through automation, this may be a great fit.
If you are more of a general VA and do not have strong GoHighLevel experience already, this role is probably not the right fit.
