JOB OVERVIEW

Please read the complete post before applying. We are looking for an experienced Funnel Builder, not an entry-level page designer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Capital Heaven is looking for an experienced Funnel Builder to create, localize, connect, test and deliver ecommerce funnels for our health, beauty, wellness and personal-care brands.

You must be able to take a written task, understand the required product and market, duplicate an approved source funnel, complete the technical setup and test the entire customer journey without constant supervision.

This position is for a Funnel Builder. A candidate with extensive experience who later demonstrates strong technical ability, ownership, quality control and leadership may be considered for training toward a Funnel Manager position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Review each ClickUp task and Slack handoff before starting.
- Confirm the correct product name and code, approved source funnel, store, country, language, currency, offer, deadline and required pages.
- Duplicate the approved source funnel before making changes. Never edit a live winning funnel directly.
- Build and localize advertorials, sales pages, checkout paths and other required funnel pages in Funnelish.
- Preserve the approved page structure, primary angle, offer and customer journey unless different written instructions are provided.
- Update market-specific language, spelling, currency, units, names, locations, images, buttons, disclaimers and footer information.
- Create and configure Shopify products, variants, quantities, prices, compare-at prices, images, SKUs, URL paths and other required product details.
- Connect every funnel button and bundle option to the correct Shopify product and variant.
- Configure funnel automations, domains, redirects, tracking, pixels and required events according to the approved SOP.
- Work with WeTracked or similar tracking tools when required.
- Test the complete live journey on desktop and mobile, including page flow, buttons, bundles, pricing, shipping, checkout, payment options and tracking.
- Fix failed checks and repeat the affected customer journey before submitting the funnel.
- Update the required research sheet, ClickUp task and Slack thread with the live funnel URL, market information, test results, screenshots and blockers.
- Coordinate with product research, creative, media buying and Meta asset teams during handoffs.
- Escalate missing information, conflicting instructions, technical issues and compliance risks before they affect a live launch.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven professional experience building ecommerce or dropshipping funnels.
- Strong hands-on experience with Funnelish.
- Practical experience with Shopify product setup, variants, pricing, SKUs, checkout links and order paths.
- Experience replicating or adapting proven funnels while maintaining accurate structure and functionality.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot broken buttons, incorrect variants, checkout errors, domain issues, redirects and tracking problems.
- Experience with pixels, events and ecommerce tracking tools.
- Strong attention to product codes, markets, prices, offers, currencies and technical details.
- Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions without skipping required checks.
- Clear written English and reliable communication in Slack and ClickUp.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Full-time and long-term availability.

NICE TO HAVE

- Previous experience leading, training or reviewing the work of other funnel builders.
- Experience with health, beauty, wellness, supplements or personal-care products.
- Experience with WeTracked, Meta Pixel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and ecommerce reporting tools.
- Familiarity with direct-response copy, advertorials, upsells, bundles and conversion-rate optimization.
- Experience building funnels for multiple countries, languages, currencies and stores.

QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS

Accuracy is more important than rushing a funnel live. You must stop and request clarification when the product, source funnel, store, market, language, currency, offer, deadline, shipping, checkout, tracking or approval is missing or conflicting.

You must flag unsupported medical or authority claims, guaranteed results, misleading before-and-after content, incorrect testimonials, wrong-market assets, excessive discounts, and incorrect products, variants, prices, currencies, domains, pixels or checkout links.

Do not place a real order or make an unapproved change to a live winning funnel.
