About Us
We are a fast-growing branded dropshipping e-commerce company in the beauty & health niche, focused on direct response marketing. Our funnels are highly optimized for conversions, leveraging consumer psychology, strong copywriting, and engaging visuals to maximize sales.
We are looking for a Funnel Builder who is not just technically skilled but also deeply understands direct response marketing, persuasive copywriting, and conversion-focused design. You should have experience with high-converting sales funnels and be able to craft funnels that engage, persuade, and drive action.
Your Role & Responsibilities
1) Funnel Building & Optimization
Build high-converting funnels (with FUNNELISH) optimized for sales, lead generation, and upsells.
Set up and optimize landing pages, checkout pages, upsells, and order bumps.
Perform A/B testing to improve conversions.
2) Direct Response Copywriting & Marketing Strategy
Write highly persuasive, conversion-driven copy for landing pages and sales funnels.
Apply AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) principles in funnel creation.
Use psychological triggers (urgency, scarcity, curiosity) to increase conversions.
Research and develop effective hooks, offers, and messaging based on audience psychology.
3) Graphic Design
Create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused designs for funnels.
Work with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to design high-impact visuals.
Ensure all design elements support the direct response marketing goals.
Develop and implement brand-consistent, persuasive visuals that align with the sales copy.
4) Data Analysis & Funnel Performance Optimization
Analyze funnel performance
Track key metrics like conversion rates, drop-off points, and average order value (AOV).
Adjust copy, visuals, and funnel steps based on data insights.
Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree (Preferred) – Preferably in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Design.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Funnel Building, Copywriting & Design – You should have real experience in high-converting funnels in branded dropshipping
- Expert in Direct Response Marketing – You understand consumer psychology, urgency, and persuasion techniques.
- Proven Copywriting Skills – You know how to write sales pages that convert (not just "nice" copy, but direct response copy).
- Strong Graphic Design Ability – You should have a good eye for layout, branding, and ad creatives.
- Funnelish Experience (Preferred) – Prior work with Funnelish is a huge plus, but experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is also great.
- Highly Analytical & Data-Driven – You base funnel optimizations on real performance metrics.
- Fluent in English – You can write clear, persuasive copy and communicate well.
