JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

The Credit Repair Agent position is a specialized, experience-based role that requires prior hands-on knowledge of credit repair strategies, consumer credit reporting, and funding preparation. This role is not entry-level and should be filled by a candidate who can independently manage client credit improvement strategies from start to finish.

Required Experience

Candidates considered for this position must have prior experience in the following areas:
• Reviewing and analyzing consumer credit reports from all three bureaus
• Identifying inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative items
• Disputing negative items through credit bureaus and creditors
• Understanding dispute cycles, timelines, and documentation standards
• Communicating with credit bureaus and furnishers when necessary

This position requires strategic judgment and compliance awareness. Candidates without direct credit repair experience will not be considered.

Client Credit Improvement Strategy

The agent will be responsible for executing a structured, three-phase strategy for each client:

Phase 1: Negative Item Removal
• Conduct full credit analysis
• Identify high-impact negative items
• Initiate and track disputes
• Monitor bureau responses and outcomes
• Provide progress updates to clients

Phase 2: Positive Credit Development
• Guide clients in establishing new positive tradelines
• Assist with credit utilization optimization
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting across bureaus
• Avoid actions that may negatively affect credit progress

Phase 3: Funding Readiness & Preparation
• Assess client profiles for lender readiness
• Advise on proper timing for applications
• Identify and mitigate potential approval barriers
• Prepare clients for funding opportunities when appropriate
