Company Overview
We are a Canada-based web agency specializing in building websites across various niches for both online and offline businesses.

Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated Elementor integrator to integrate new pages and sections full-time.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience with ELEMENTOR with strong communication skills to keep us updated at multiple steps of the process and a marketing mindset to understand what converts and what does not (since mockups must sometimes be adapted to screen sizes for example).

Responsibilities
Build landing pages from scratch or clone/update existing ones.
Communicate on Slack regularly and without delays.
Report precisely the time spent on each project.
Use good practices in terms of CSS and Elementor widgets.

Requirements
Experience with Elementor: at least 3 years (involves some good CSS skills).
Design Skills: Ability to create simple montages from existing assets, cut backgrounds and compress image files.
Mindset for Conversion-Focused Design: Understands the principles of UX and trust-building elements.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to track tasks, stay organized, and report progress. We don't want to have the feeling that we must double check your work on responsiveness, for example.
Availability: Able to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) (UTC-5) for at least 3-4 hours per day. During those overlapping hours, we expect a quick response time to our messages, like less than 5 minutes. This is an expectation that was rarely met with previous candidates who don't really seem to keep an eye on Slack. It's important for us to be able to work live on projects.
Job Type: Full-time, whether it’s short or long term will depend on your performance (starting with 1-2 PAID projects for evaluation).

Good experience with of Gravity Forms is a plus.

Salary is based on experience, efficiency, and skills, with excellent working conditions and opportunities for progressive increases. It can be weeks of 35 or 40 hours.
