About the Role:
We run multiple fast-growing e-commerce stores, and we are looking for a highly experienced Dispute Manager. We need someone who knows exactly how to fight chargebacks, win them, and keep our payment gateways safe.
Experience working with fashion e-commerce brands is highly preferred. If you know how to handle the specific types of disputes that happen in the fashion niche, you'll be at the top of our list.
What You'll Do:
Manage and fight chargebacks daily across platforms like Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Put together strong evidence (tracking info, customer
Help us keep our overall dispute rates as low as possible.
