About Us:
We’re a diverse group of companies operating across property management, SaaS, and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a talented and experienced designer to join our in-house creative team. This is not an agency role — you’ll be working closely with internal teams to design for multiple brands under one umbrella. Your work will directly shape the identity, digital presence, and communication materials across our portfolio.
Role Overview:
As our Designer, you’ll lead design initiatives that range from product UI/UX development in Figma to creating modern, on-brand marketing collateral. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to bring visual ideas to life and ensure consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and experiences for web and SaaS products using Figma.
Create visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns — including social media graphics, landing pages, and
Support brand identity development across multiple businesses, ensuring each maintains a unique but cohesive presence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into high-quality design outcomes.
Maintain and evolve our design systems and brand guidelines.
Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously elevate the team’s creative output.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility.
Expertise in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems).
Strong understanding of marketing design and digital brand strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different brand styles.
Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Basic understanding of web implementation (HTML/CSS collaboration with dev teams).
Prior work with SaaS or property/real estate brands.
