JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing online fitness coaching business serving women & we're looking for one more elite DM setter to join the team.

This is not an entry-level role. You've done this before, you know how to open, qualify, and book from cold and warm Instagram/Facebook DMs, and you have the numbers to prove it.

What you'll do

- Work inbound and outbound conversations across our social channels
- Qualify leads and book them onto sales calls with our closers
- Follow up relentlessly with no-shows, unbooked leads, and past conversations
- Track every conversation and booking in our CRM daily
- Hit weekly booked-call and show-rate targets

What we need from you

- Proven experience as a DM setter (coaching, fitness, or high-ticket offers preferred)
- Availability 7 days a week, minimum 8 hours a day — this is a full-time, high-volume role
- Strong written English and a natural, conversational tone that resonates with women in the fitness space
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working to daily KPIs
- Reliable internet and your own device

Compensation

- 5% commission on every closed deal you set
- Uncapped — your income scales with your output
- Fast-paced, supportive team with proven scripts and a hungry sales floor
