JOB OVERVIEW

I am launching a new credit repair business and looking for a seasoned virtual assistant with experience in credit repair operations, dispute preparation, client onboarding, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate can help establish organized systems from the beginning, recommend effective workflows, and manage daily tasks independently. Prior hands-on experience working with a U.S. credit repair business is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client onboarding, intake forms, agreements, and document collection.
• Review credit reports from all three bureaus and identify potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
• Prepare individualized, fact-based disputes with appropriate supporting documentation for review.
• Track dispute submissions, bureau responses, follow-up dates, and client progress.
• Operate credit repair software and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Communicate professionally with clients, answer routine questions, and request missing documents.
• Assist with email management, scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Help create procedures, templates, and checklists to support a growing business.
• Protect confidential client information.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a credit repair specialist or credit repair virtual assistant.
• Proficiency with Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, Credit Dispute Pro, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of credit report analysis, dispute methods, supporting documentation, and follow-up processes.
• Experience managing client onboarding from start to finish.
• Familiarity with applicable U.S. credit repair compliance requirements.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
