We are hiring experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistants for U.S. credit reports, personal credit repair, dispute preparation, dispute tracking, and credit file organization.
Please read this full job post carefully if you have experience in U.S. credit repair, credit disputes, credit reports, or related back-office credit work. This is a detailed job post because we want applicants to clearly understand what we are looking for, but do not let the length discourage you from applying.
We are hiring for multiple positions in the personal credit repair space and are open to reviewing applicants at different experience levels. If you have experience with only part of what is listed here, such as inquiry removal, collections, charge-offs, late payments, dispute letters, credit report review, CFPB complaints, or client file organization, please still apply. Your experience, skill level, availability, and results will help determine your compensation package.
This can be a very strong long-term opportunity for the right person. There is no selling required. You simply need to do quality work, stay organized, follow instructions, and help get results. Our success equals your success. Strong performers can earn weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly bonuses, and those bonuses can potentially equal or exceed your base monthly salary.
This role is for someone who has real U.S. credit repair experience. We are not looking for a general VA who only wants to learn credit repair from scratch. You should already understand at least some part of how U.S. personal credit reports work, how dispute rounds are organized, how bureau responses are tracked, and how to help move credit repair files forward.
Main responsibilities:
- Review U.S. personal credit reports
- Identify inaccurate, negative, outdated, unverifiable, or questionable reporting
- Organize client credit files
- Prepare dispute letters and dispute documentation
- Track dispute rounds and bureau responses
- Update Google Sheets, folders, notes, and progress trackers
- Work with Gmail, Google Drive, PDFs, corporate
- Help prepare information that Joshua David can use when communicating with clients
- Follow SOPs and improve the process over time
- Use OnlineJobs.ph TimeProof while working
You should have a working understanding of some or all of the following:
- Experian
- Equifax
- TransUnion
- Credit report review
- Negative item analysis
- Personal information disputes
- Collections
- Charge-offs
- Late payments
- Inquiries
- Repossessions
- Bankruptcies
- Dispute letters
- Supporting documentation
- Dispute tracking
- Bureau response tracking
Advanced experience is a major plus:
If you understand deeper credit repair systems and databases such as e-OSCAR, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, SageStream, Innovis, ChexSystems, Early Warning Services, TeleCheck, Certegy, CrossCheck, Clarity Services, FactorTrust, DataX, MicroBilt, CoreLogic/Credco, FCRA disputes, CFPB complaints, identity verification issues, secondary consumer reporting agencies, bank account denial databases, or credit union/bank approval issues, please mention that clearly in your application.
Applicants with advanced knowledge in these areas may qualify for significantly higher compensation.
Client communication:
This is mostly a back-office operations role. In the beginning, you will usually not be required to speak with clients by phone. You will report to Joshua David and/or our internal team. You may review reports, organize files, prepare dispute work, and tell us what information or documents are needed from the client.
If you have strong spoken English and feel confident speaking with clients, that is a valuable extra skill. For the right person, we can provide a U.S. VoIP business line. Applicants who can handle both credit repair operations and professional client communication may qualify for higher pay and additional bonuses.
Tools we may use:
- Google Drive
- Gmail / assigned corporate
- Google Sheets
- PDFs
- SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, or similar credit monitoring/report tools
- Online mail/dispute mailing services where needed
- Other tools as our systems grow
Compensation:
The listed salary range is a starting/base range only. Base salary is generally ?18,000 - ?50,000/month depending on experience, skill level, availability, and performance.
This is not a hard cap. If you have strong U.S. credit repair experience, deep knowledge of dispute strategy, secondary bureaus/databases, and a track record of real results, compensation can be much higher. Very strong performers may be able to earn significantly more through higher pay and performance bonuses.
Bonuses:
We reward people who produce results. Performance bonuses can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Bonuses may be paid through GCash, Maya,
Schedule:
This role is listed as full-time, but we are flexible. We are open to:
- Full-time applicants
- Part-time experts
- Flexible schedule workers
- Multiple hires if we find several strong people
You do not necessarily need to work one strict 8-hour shift every day. What matters most is that assigned work is completed correctly, communication is clear, deadlines are respected, and OnlineJobs.ph TimeProof is used while working.
Payment:
Payment schedule can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on our individual agreement. Payment methods include GCash, Maya,
Who we want:
We want someone who is honest, experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and serious about long-term work. You should be able to think through a credit report, not just copy and paste templates. If you are highly skilled and reliable, there is room for fast advancement, higher pay, and significant bonus opportunities.
