JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to help manage and grow our credit repair department.

This is our first dedicated hire for the department, which means there is significant long-term opportunity for the right person.

However, this is not an entry-level role.

We are not looking for someone who wants to learn credit repair from scratch. You should already have hands-on experience working real client files and be able to contribute relatively quickly after learning our internal process.

The position begins at approximately 20 hours per week and is primarily focused on execution, accuracy, file management, and independent problem-solving.

APPLY IF:
You have hands-on Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) experience.
You have personally worked real credit repair client files.
You know how to read and analyze three-bureau credit reports.
You can correctly identify collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, inquiries, personal information issues, and other negative items.
You know how to prepare bureau-specific dispute letters.
You have experience directly submitting/uploading disputes to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and Innovis.
You know how to upload dispute letters and supporting documents to the appropriate credit bureau when required.
You understand that an account may report differently across bureaus and can prepare dispute lists accordingly.
You can follow written instructions, SOPs, dispute flows, and established procedures accurately.
You pay attention to small details such as account numbers, bureau reporting, dates, dispute rounds, documentation, and letter requirements.
You can work independently without needing your manager to walk you through every file.
When you encounter something unfamiliar, you first check the available SOPs, trainings, examples, and resources before asking for help.
When something genuinely needs to be escalated, you can clearly explain what the issue is, what you already checked, and what you recommend doing next.
You can learn our system even if another credit repair company taught you to do things differently.
You take ownership of your work and can be trusted to manage live client files correctly.
DO NOT APPLY IF:
You know little or nothing about credit repair.
You have never personally worked real credit repair client files.
You have little or no hands-on experience with Credit Repair Cloud.
You do not know how to read a three-bureau credit report.
You do not know how to submit disputes directly to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and Innovis.
You only know how to generate letters but do not understand the actual dispute process.
You need step-by-step instructions for basic credit repair tasks.
You regularly overlook details or make careless mistakes.
Your first reaction whenever something is unfamiliar is to immediately ask your manager instead of checking the available resources first.
You prefer doing things the way a previous company taught you instead of following the process of the company you currently work for.
You are uncomfortable making reasonable decisions within established procedures.
You exaggerate your experience or skills. Your abilities will be tested before hiring.
You are looking for someone to teach you credit repair from the beginning.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You should already have hands-on experience with:

Credit report analysis
Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Three-bureau credit reports
Dispute letter preparation
Bureau-specific dispute letters
Direct dispute submissions/uploads to Experian
Direct dispute submissions/uploads to Equifax
Direct dispute submissions/uploads to TransUnion
Direct dispute submissions/uploads to Innovis
Uploading supporting documentation with disputes
Inquiry disputes
Personal information sweeps
CFPB complaint preparation
FTC Identity Theft Report documentation
Managing dispute rounds
Reviewing bureau responses
Maintaining client notes and records
Client file management
Professional client communication

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your primary responsibility will be managing and moving credit repair client files through our established dispute process.

This includes reviewing credit reports, identifying negative items, selecting the appropriate dispute workflow, preparing bureau-specific dispute letters, and making sure the correct accounts are included for the correct bureau.

You may also be responsible for submitting disputes directly to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and Innovis, including uploading dispute letters and any required supporting documentation.

Additional responsibilities include:

Reviewing updated credit reports
Identifying changes between dispute rounds
Preparing deletion/dispute lists
Preparing dispute letters inside Credit Repair Cloud
Managing dispute rounds and escalation paths
Reviewing bureau responses
Uploading and organizing client documents
Updating client records
Maintaining accurate notes and tasks inside GoHighLevel
Collecting missing documentation from clients
Preparing CFPB complaints when required
Working with FTC Identity Theft Reports when required
Keeping client files organized and up to date
Identifying blocked or stalled client files
Continuing work on other files instead of stopping entirely when one client has an issue

HOW TO APPLY

To confirm that you have read this entire posting, begin your application with the exact phrase:

“CRC File Review Complete”

Applications that do not include this phrase will not be considered.

Then answer the following questions:

1. You are reviewing a client's file and notice that the credit report, previous dispute notes, and current dispute round do not completely match. You are not immediately sure what should be sent next. You have access to our SOPs, trainings, previous examples, and client history. What would you do?

2. You complete work on a client file, but afterward you notice something that makes you think part of the work may have been missed or handled incorrectly. Nobody else has brought it up yet. What do you do?

2. You are working through multiple client files. One client cannot move forward because something important is missing or unclear, but you have several other clients waiting for work. What do you do, and how would you communicate the situation?
