Experienced Credit Repair Disputer (FCRA & FDCPA Expert)
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a **skilled, proactive, and highly organized Credit Repair Disputer** to join our growing credit repair team. The ideal candidate must have **strong experience with U.S. credit laws, dispute strategies, and credit bureau processes**.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and capable of handling disputes professionally while maintaining accurate documentation for every client file.
**Responsibilities:**
* Review client credit reports from all three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
* Identify **inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and violations**
* Write **personalized dispute letters** for each client and each dispute round
* Include **screenshots of the credit report highlighting the specific inaccuracies** being challenged
* Track disputes and responses from credit bureaus and creditors
* **Rewrite and refresh dispute letters every 90 days** to ensure they pass through the **ACDV system used by credit bureaus**
* Maintain organized client files and dispute history
* Communicate professionally with the team regarding dispute progress
* Follow **FCRA and FDCPA compliance standards**
**Requirements:**
* Strong knowledge of **FCRA and FDCPA laws**
* Proven experience in **credit repair dispute processing**
* Ability to write **custom dispute letters (not templates)**
* Understanding of how the **ACDV system works**
* Excellent **organization and attention to detail**
* Ability to **highlight and document inaccuracies with screenshots**
* Strong written English skills
* Professional, reliable, and easy to work with
**Preferred Experience:**
* Experience working with **credit repair companies**
* Familiarity with **Metro 2 reporting**
* Knowledge of common dispute strategies and compliance practices
