JOB OVERVIEW

Urban Era Marketing is looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our digital content, branding, and social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, fast-paced publishing environment and knows how to bring big-picture brand vision to life through blog content and visual storytelling.

You’ll be the creative voice across brands like ---------- , ---------- , and other growing media sites. You must have proven experience overseeing content teams, crafting campaign-level strategies, and elevating the look and feel of brand storytelling.

This is not a beginner role — we’re looking for someone with a professional background in creative direction, content strategy, and social media branding

Key Responsibilities:
Approve/edit blog titles and ensure strong storytelling hooks

Build and enforce content formatting and branding standards

Plan creative campaigns with the Project Manager and CEO

Oversee tone, layout, and visuals across blog and social platforms

Coordinate with writers and social media staff to align daily promotion

Occasionally write or polish high-impact pieces (headlines, CTAs, taglines)

Spot trending content opportunities and lead strategic execution

Social Media Oversight Duties:
Review daily social media content before it goes live

Provide expert input for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest campaigns

Ensure consistent branding voice, design elements, and captions

Help ideate and execute viral or seasonal content themes

Wage/Salary Per Month
$600/month
