JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are looking for ConvertKit expert to help with a health and wellness company in the United States.

This role is part email platform setup, part admin support, and part ongoing marketing operations.

This is not a copywriting role. We will write all of the emails.

We need someone who knows Kit well and can also help stay organized, communicate clearly, and support the team with day-to-day tasks.

You will help us with:

- Load approved email copy into Kit
- Set up the main email sequences
- Set up 2 split test sequences
- Add more split test emails as we write them
- Make sure emails are laid out correctly
- Check timing, triggers, tags, and flow logic
- Send test emails and check formatting
- Confirm links and buttons work
- Tag subscribers properly
- Help with admin, research, and other misc tasks as necessary

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with long term.

If you're looking for the same old, same old then this won't be for you. You'll need to include the word atlas somewhere in your response so that I'll be able to see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must have experience with Kit / ConvertKit
- Must understand sequences, tags, forms, and automations
- Must be able to send test emails and check formatting
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must enjoy working remotely with minimal hand holding
- Must be good at written English communication
- Must be able to communicate clearly through Slack
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus
- Experience with health, wellness, or online education brands is a plus
- Experience with ChatGPT or AI tools is a plus
- Must be proactive and able to figure things out

Role Duties Include:

- This is a part-time role to start
- We may need ongoing help as more emails are written
- You must be available for quick communication during the setup
- You must be able to explain what was built clearly
- More hours may be available if it is a good fit
