Mission of the Role
To own and drive the conversion performance of our D2C e-commerce funnels — from strategy to execution — by combining data-driven UX design, persuasive copywriting, and continuous experimentation.
You won't just design funnels. You'll challenge our assumptions, propose bold tests, and take full ownership of turning traffic into revenue. We need someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, acts like a performance marketer, and executes like a senior designer.
As our Conversion Lead, you will:
- Question existing funnels and propose radical improvements
- Own the P&L impact of your design decisions
- Lead optimization strategy, not just execute tasks
- Build a testing culture and document winning patterns
- Mentor our UI designer and shape our conversion framework
- Have direct impact on revenue and be rewarded for it
We already have UI designers and developers. We need a strategic thinker who will tell us when we're wrong and show us a better way.

About the Company
We are a dynamic D2C performance marketing team that builds and scales e-commerce projects across Europe.
We sell “wow-effect” physical products (up to ~€30) in multiple EU countries, and our core strength is deep performance marketing expertise — fast testing, strong creatives, and hard focus on numbers.
Our team already includes specialists in creatives, media buying, UI design, front-end development, and analytics — and now we’re looking for a UX Funnel Designer & Conversion Copywriter who will turn traffic into money through smart funnels, store UX, and strong messaging.
Important: you focus on funnels, UX and copy. We provide a **UI designer and developer** who take care of visual design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Own the funnel UX & structure
— Design user journeys: from ad click ? presale/landing/product page ? cart/checkout ? upsell/thank-you/aftersale.
— Map steps and states, identify friction points, and propose clear UX flows.
Prototype stores and pages that convert
— Create wireframes and page structures in Figma (mobile-first) for: landings, product pages, category pages, cart, checkout, upsell, thank-you, aftersale screens.
— Deliver clean UX prototypes that our UI designer will turn into final designs, and developer will implement.
Write performance copy “ready for dev”
— Headlines, subheadlines, bullets, UVPs, offer descriptions.
— Form labels, button texts, microcopy (errors, hints, trust messages).
— Short presale/advertorial layouts when needed — always focused on clarity and conversion.
Optimize CR based on data
— Look into GA / UTM / funnels: step-by-step drop-off (landing ? product ? cart ? checkout ? order).
— Formulate concrete UX + copy hypotheses and A/B variants: what exactly we change, why, and what metric should move.
— Iterate based on results, not on taste.
Align funnels with creatives & offers
— Ensure the promise in the ad = the message on the first screen and throughout the funnel.
— Use insights from creatives (what hooks and angles perform best) and from call center (typical questions/objections) and integrate them into structure and copy.
— Adapt funnels to different offers, bundles, and promo mechanics.
Collaborate, not “do everything alone”
— Work hand-in-hand with our UI designer (visual design) and developer (implementation).
— Think like a performance marketer, not just a visual designer: justify decisions with CR, CPL, revenue per session, and drop-off.
---
What’s Important to Us
— Performance mindset: every UX and copy decision should have a clear impact hypothesis.
— Simplicity: clear structure, simple language, no visual noise.
— Speed & iteration: fast prototyping, fast decisions, continuous testing.
— Collaboration: active communication with media buying, creatives, analytics, and call center.
— Ownership: you see the whole funnel, not ?????? ???? ?????.
— Independent thinking: we hire you for your brain, not your hands
— Healthy disagreement: the best idea wins, regardless of who it comes from
— Entrepreneurial mindset: you see the business, not just pixels
